Mythimo's author and the artist (Simo) proudly present their symbiotic series of Book and twenty-two Reading Cards, commencing with the release of four favourite European fairy tales in quality gloss prints: The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, East of the Sun, West of the Moon, and Puss in Boots.

Join us on an experiential journey through the vibrant aesthetic of our gallery of perennial fairy-tale archetypes redomiciled in the Australian landscape. Our southern land is an alchemical and ancient place, inspiring our reclamation of the invisible elements of Self and fuelling the sacred fire of our fulsome personal power.

As the famous Bloomsbury art critic Clive Bell (1913) wrote, “works of art provoke a peculiar aesthetic emotion, and art is, in fact, a necessity to (and a product of) the spiritual life.”

Simo's authentic renditions lead us back to nature as we immerse ourselves in his lush literary and symbolic paintings, exploring both light and shadow in search of personal meaning and the adventurous child within.

But are we quick to claim Red Cap’s or Jack’s derring-do but slow to own the shadow traits we share with the vain Goldilocks, emperor or queen?
